Through the main door, you are presented with a long hallway, with stairs that go down to the basement part and other stairs to access the main house. The entrance hallway is a nice, cool space with banquette seating, ideal for sitting with a book and relaxing. From here when you reach the top of the stairs, you will immediately enter the very spacious and bright living room. All the other bedrooms open onto this living room, making it the center of the house and a good size for a family. The living room is super comfortable, with a wood stove with a built-in oven and large door-type windows with access to the terrace with magnificent views of the mountains, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the good weather, or contemplating the stars at night. From the terrace, there are excellent views of the mountains to the rear of Seron, the hillside behind the house and towards the outdoor pool and helipad. It also offers great views of the annual cycle races. In addition to this outdoor terrace, there is also an indoor terrace, a cool area next to the living room, simply dressed with a round table, chairs and a large flower pot, ideal as a rest/reading area. The high ceilings here provide a real experience of space and calm, with views over the railing to the ground floor hallway. From the internal terrace you will access what is the master bedroom.
